Build and maintain tools for merchandisers to manage product discovery. Deliver features for the Searchandizing dashboard, improve usability, own full stack projects from idea to production, work with PMs/Designers/EMs, and handle testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production ownership.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC. Improve CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and observability, automate routine infrastructure tasks, manage cross-account AWS environments, and advise engineering teams on best practices to ensure reliability, security, and performance.

Lead customer marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, advocacy, and expansion. Build customer stories, manage a reference/advocacy program, and partner with Product, CS, and Sales. Own analyst relations strategy and execution: briefings, evaluations, intelligence tracking, and maintaining relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts.
