Own strategic relationships for a book of enterprise ecommerce clients, drive renewals and upsells, surface risks, educate customers on product value and use cases, analyze ecommerce performance/A-B tests, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet retention and growth targets.

Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive strategic, consultative enterprise SaaS sales. Hire, onboard, enable, and coach AEs; manage long, complex deal cycles, negotiate with procurement and C-level stakeholders, and report pipeline and sales metrics to Head of NA Sales.

Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to drive upsell revenue and net revenue retention. Own renewals, upsell and cross-sell processes, pipeline reporting, customer QBRs, and pitching new product capabilities. Collaborate with C-level, engineering, and customer success to identify opportunities and execute complex enterprise sales cycles.
