Provide cybersecurity support for enterprise IT systems including vulnerability assessments, compliance checks, RMF-based authorization packages (ATO), STIG implementation, eMASS usage, and incident response aligned to DoD/USASMDC standards.

Lead helpdesk operations delivering Tier I/II support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets and escalations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and timely resolution of end-user problems.

Serve as the senior contract administrator for the USASMDC IT/IM CIMS IV program, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD/Army policies, overseeing deliverables, managing staffing and performance, liaising with KO/COR/ACORs, and providing quality control, documentation, and issue resolution to support contract objectives and continuity of operations.
