The role requires strong customer relationships, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, feedback gathering, and independent work in a remote, fast-growing environment. Fluency in French is required.

Own the full sales cycle for small and midsize business customers, managing a quota-carrying pipeline and converting platform signups into paying customers. Serve as a Connecteam product expert and customer-facing consultant, deliver strong service, gather customer feedback, influence product improvements, and share insights across departments. The role requires independent execution, effective prioritization, CRM and project-management tool experience, and remote work during the Monday–Friday workweek.

The Director of Success will lead post-onboarding initiatives for mid-market enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention, product adoption, and satisfaction, while managing specialized teams and improving customer experience through cross-functional collaboration.
