The Director of Success will lead post-onboarding initiatives for mid-market enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention, product adoption, and satisfaction, while managing specialized teams and improving customer experience through cross-functional collaboration.

Manage and grow existing SMB accounts for a SaaS platform by owning the full sales cycle, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, meeting quota, analyzing customer data, collaborating with SDRs and CSMs, and advocating customer needs to influence product. Provide outstanding customer service while working remotely.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers, deliver tailored training, guide configuration and implementation, drive quick wins and adoption, establish strong usage habits, identify at-risk clients early, and create strategies to mitigate churn while handling multiple onboarding projects.

Guide partner-sourced customers through Connecteam implementations from handoff to payroll launch. Manage project plans, configure accounts and integrations, deliver training, troubleshoot payroll workflows, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support initial payroll cycles to ensure accurate employee pay and smooth go-live.
