Supports federal capital investment and infrastructure resilience programs for Marine Corps installations. Develops project plans, schedules, risk reports, status updates, budgets, and project documentation; coordinates government, contractor, technical, and installation stakeholders; maintains project data across facilities and financial systems; supports meetings, workshops, project closeout, lessons learned, and best-practice development.

Lead strategy and execution of defense-focused workforce development programs: design scalable learning solutions, manage budgets/schedules, engage senior stakeholders, oversee data-driven evaluation, and direct cross-functional teams and subcontractors to deliver measurable talent pipeline, upskilling, and credentialing initiatives.

The Data Systems Engineer will support data integration, pipeline development, metadata tagging, and data governance in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure data quality and system interoperability.
