Lead and execute search and digital performance strategies across SEO, AI-powered discovery, paid digital channels, and website optimization. Manage technical SEO, site structure, content optimization, paid campaigns, budgets, and performance dashboards. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations, collaborate with content and design teams, monitor emerging search/AI trends, and align digital initiatives with business priorities to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Provides back-office administrative and operational support to Account Management teams. Responsibilities include processing and tracking client orders, maintaining client records, coordinating workflows, monitoring outstanding tasks, preparing reports and documentation, and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
