Leads the phased transition of four federal IT contracts into an integrated USSF communications and IT enterprise. Plans cutovers, governance, workforce recruiting and onboarding, clearance tracking, knowledge transfer, asset turnover, configuration management, risk mitigation, service desk integration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and closeout while maintaining uninterrupted support to critical command, mission, and life-safety systems.

Senior technical authority for network and systems engineering across a multi-site DoD enterprise. Leads network architecture, ECP/configuration baseline, secure/classified system integration, RMF/ATO coordination, modernization (zero trust, cloud, DevSecOps, AIOps), COMSEC/TEMPEST/spectrum considerations, and technical escalation for outages. Represents engineering in TIMs/CCBs and ensures documentation, design verification, and compliance with DoD standards.

Serve as the CONUS SME and lead technical authority for LAN/WLAN/WAN operations at military hospitals. Provide enterprise engineering, complex troubleshooting across OSI layers, design and modernization guidance, DoD/DHA compliance, firewall/VPN/IDS/IPS/Zero Trust support, performance optimization, stakeholder interfacing, policy development, and mentor network engineering staff.
