Accountable for overall performance of a large DoD enterprise IT O&M program across multiple secure sites. Manages staffing, subcontractors, finances, risk, SLA/PPI compliance, transitions, continuity planning, DoD cybersecurity compliance, and serves as primary government interface for cost, schedule, and performance.

Senior technical authority for network and systems engineering across a multi-site DoD enterprise. Leads network architecture, ECP/configuration baseline, secure/classified system integration, RMF/ATO coordination, modernization (zero trust, cloud, DevSecOps, AIOps), COMSEC/TEMPEST/spectrum considerations, and technical escalation for outages. Represents engineering in TIMs/CCBs and ensures documentation, design verification, and compliance with DoD standards.

Serve as the CONUS SME and lead technical authority for LAN/WLAN/WAN operations at military hospitals. Provide enterprise engineering, complex troubleshooting across OSI layers, design and modernization guidance, DoD/DHA compliance, firewall/VPN/IDS/IPS/Zero Trust support, performance optimization, stakeholder interfacing, policy development, and mentor network engineering staff.
