Coordinates cybersecurity projects from kickoff through closeout, tracking scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, invoices, risks, customer satisfaction, and change orders. Maintains project records in ConnectWise Manage, facilitates stakeholder communication, supports contract administration and quality control, and conducts project reviews. The role collaborates with cybersecurity, engineering, sales, service delivery, and regional teams to ensure consistent, customer-focused project delivery.

Manages enterprise networking projects from setup through closeout, coordinating architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgets, scopes, risks, dependencies, deliverables, status reporting, change control, documentation, invoicing, and post-project reviews. The role supports Statements of Work, client onboarding, project tracking, and consistent technical service delivery across multiple client environments.

Leads customer-facing AI pre-sales engagements and designs tailored enterprise AI architectures. Advises executive stakeholders on AI strategy, ROI, governance, secure LLM integration, RAG, cloud deployment, networking, datacenter infrastructure, and conversational or agentic AI. Partners with sales, engineering, and technical domain teams to evolve AI offerings, guide digital transformation, and promote scalable, ethical, high-performance deployments.
