Manages a portfolio of partnership customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention, growth, service delivery, upselling, and relationship development. Resolves client concerns, prepares utilization analyses and trend reports, supports implementation and training, and collaborates with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales. Requires strategic account management, project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Design and oversee full-lifecycle software development using AI-assisted engineering practices. Define system architecture, APIs, data models, testing strategies, security, reliability, and observability. Direct AI-generated implementation, validate code and tests, manage deployments and incidents, and coach engineers on effective agentic development. Build and operate scalable cloud systems, event-driven services, and customer-facing applications while collaborating with Product and Design.

Lead hands-on migration and modernization of on-premises infrastructure to AWS and Azure. Build multi-cloud platforms, automate with infrastructure as code and scripting, optimize FinOps, and establish SRE practices. Ensure global performance, resiliency, disaster recovery, observability, security, identity, and regulatory compliance for behavioral health data. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security, manage migration vendors, improve delivery practices, and mentor engineers.
