Own end-to-end design strategy across physical products, mobile apps, web dashboards, and AI voice experiences. Drive post-activation adoption, create rapid working prototypes, establish design systems and research practices, and influence roadmap decisions as a strategic leadership partner. The role requires senior ownership of complex, multi-surface products, strong UI, UX, and research skills, and the ability to operate as the company’s primary design function while partnering closely with product engineers.

Founding full-cycle recruiter who builds the recruiting operating system (ATS, interview loops, scorecards), sources passive candidates across functions, partners directly with CEO/COO and hiring managers to set hiring bar and metrics, owns candidate experience and employer brand, and closes senior hires in a fast-growing startup environment.

Own and grow the company's organic social presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. Create and publish content, engage authentically in caregiving communities, drive measurable signups, set strategy and goals, analyze performance, and iterate. Must write, design, and execute independently while turning engagement into revenue and word-of-mouth growth.
