Serve as an assistant principal intern supporting instructional leadership, curriculum fidelity, teacher development, data-driven interventions, scheduling and compliance. Conduct classroom observations, support professional development, maintain positive school culture, and participate in mentorship and reflective leadership development under the Lead Academic Administrator.

Provide direct and indirect instruction for K-12 students with mild to moderate special needs, manage small caseloads, write and track IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families, adapt general education content, maintain compliance with state and federal special education laws, and support staff with accommodations and IEP strategies.
