Leads enterprise high-reliability and patient-safety strategies across clinical and operational settings. Directs HRO framework deployment, safety culture initiatives, leadership coaching, simulation-based training, incident reporting, risk analysis, governance, KPI development, and executive reporting. Supervises safety, reliability, and analytics teams while aligning practices with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission requirements.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise-wide revenue cycle functions, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, accounts receivable, denials, revenue integrity, and compliance. Develops financial strategies, standardizes processes across facilities, improves revenue capture and cash flow, manages budgets, oversees technology enhancements, and leads relationships with payers and vendors. Mentors revenue cycle teams and drives measurable operational and financial improvements.

Coordinates daily operating room administrative processes, including patient charge reconciliation, reimbursement payments, chart audits, physician block maintenance, scheduling support, statistical data entry, reporting, and documentation. Works with vendors and serves as a backup resource for perioperative processes while maintaining accurate records, reliable attendance, and compliance with organizational policies.
