Lead cross-functional execution for product launches, marketing campaigns, and partnerships. Maintain project plans, calendars, and stakeholder alignment, identify risks, build scalable processes, and report status and post-mortems to leadership to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Own and grow Comfrts affiliate channel via Commission Junction: manage agency relationships, recruit and audit publishers, negotiate placements, run activations, optimize commissions and creative, track KPIs (EPC, conversion, ROAS), and report insights to leadership.

Lead strategy and execution for Comfrt's international operations across non-US markets, owning fulfillment, cross-border freight, duties, 3PL/carrier management, compliance, landed cost, and market launches. Partner cross-functionally to define SLAs, optimize cost-to-serve, build scalable playbooks, deliver reporting and insights, and develop a high-performing global team to support profitable international growth and excellent customer experience.
