Lead end-to-end legal ownership of bank–fintech strategic partnerships: structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements; advise on product, regulatory architecture, compliance (payments, cards, lending); partner with cross-functional teams from ideation through launch; scale legal operations using AI and automation tools.

Perform L1 triage investigations of transaction-monitoring alerts and customer due diligence, document findings and dispositions per FINCEN/FFIEC and bank procedures, prepare escalation/dismissal narratives, and maintain investigation records to support audits and regulatory exams.
