Provide speech-language therapy in school settings; complete diagnostic evaluations; determine service eligibility; develop and monitor IEPs; submit Medicaid documentation; and collaborate with school special education teams.

Part-time Physical Therapist Supervisor (5-10 hrs/wk) to supervise two PTAs, perform re-evaluations and some initial evaluations, provide therapy to pediatric and adult clients, complete documentation, and communicate with clients and families.
