Manages financial aid systems, databases, SQL queries, reports, dashboards, integrations, automation, and data quality. Troubleshoots complex technical issues, supports Banner and related enterprise systems, administers compliant financial aid processes, and coordinates upgrades and testing. Leads process improvement initiatives, trains staff, documents technical procedures, and collaborates with IT, vendors, and campus stakeholders. Provides financial aid customer service and counseling while supporting regulatory compliance and operational reporting.

Provides executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, including calendar management, travel and purchasing coordination, meeting organization, communications, records management, and board document preparation. Maintains SharePoint files and the division’s web presence, supports public records requests, and develops reports and presentations. Produces Workday reports, validates HR and finance data in Edify, analyzes budgets and benefits data, and prepares external finance reports.

The Provost and Chief Academic Officer leads the university’s academic enterprise, advising the President and overseeing academic programs, curriculum, accreditation, faculty affairs, instructional delivery, student success support, institutional planning, and academic budgets. The role coordinates academic operations across campuses and online offerings, supports shared governance, manages relationships with governing and accrediting bodies, advances technical education partnerships, and uses data-informed decision-making to improve institutional effectiveness and fiscal sustainability.
