Provide paralegal support on complex real estate and corporate matters: draft and review contracts, assist with transactions, perform legal research, manage files and document systems, support litigation and compliance, liaise with business units, and mentor junior staff.

Support the enterprise privacy program by coordinating intake workflows, reviewing vendor/contractor/PIA submissions for completeness and risks, tracking governance actions and metrics, assisting training/awareness efforts, and escalating gaps to the Privacy Manager. Gain hands-on exposure to privacy operations, data governance, and program tracking.
