The Director of Operations will support Colorado Academy’s mission and vision while contributing to the broader life of the school. The position begins January 4, 2027, and involves leading operational responsibilities within the school community. Provides first-tier technology support to students, faculty, and staff across a Pre-K–12 campus. Troubleshoots Mac computers, mobile devices, software, accounts, printers, and classroom technology; manages device deployments and user accounts; supports Google Workspace, Canvas, and Blackbaud; develops technology resources; and assists with AI, digital tools, classroom implementation, faculty training, and workshops.

Lead Colorado Academy’s Lower School division, fostering a joyful, inclusive, whole-child culture while overseeing curriculum, faculty coaching, professional growth, family partnerships, and strategic initiatives. The Principal will advocate for the division within a Pre-K–12 school, guide change and facility renovations, support leadership development, manage conflict, and provide visible, decisive, empathetic leadership to students, families, faculty, and administrators.
