Teams at Colorado Academy

Lead and develop the boys lacrosse program across Lower, Middle and Upper School. Oversee coaching staff, practices, game management, scheduling, film platform and MaxPreps updates, player development, academic progress, safety/return-to-play coordination, equipment purchasing, postseason activities, and communication with parents, college counseling, and athletics administration.

Manage a portfolio of major and planned gift donors (five- and six-figure) to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropy supporting operating, endowment, capital and legacy priorities. Develop proposals and donor strategies, meet fundraising benchmarks, maintain CRM records (RE NXT), collaborate with Advancement colleagues, represent the school at events, and support major/planned giving strategy and reporting.

Manage daily administrative operations for the Operations Department, oversee workflows, compliance, and financial records, and serve as primary contact for facilities, transportation, custodial, and grounds. Lead cross-department projects from planning to closeout, build project timelines, track budgets and invoices, supervise administrative staff, maintain audit-ready records, and support onboarding and vendor coordination.
