Reviews and processes bi-weekly U.S. and Canadian payroll, performs payroll accounting, reconciliations, compliance filings, general ledger transactions, and benefits-related accounts payable. Maintains the Dayforce payroll system, supports audits and year-end reporting, manages Canadian ROEs and vacation entitlement true-ups, responds to employee payroll inquiries, and improves accounting processes and controls.

Leads a software engineering team responsible for Salesforce and MuleSoft customizations, integrations, data quality, and platform enhancements. Oversees technical design, SDLC quality, issue resolution, project and program delivery, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, software launches, compliance controls, and roadmap recommendations for enterprise CRM, integration, data, analytics, and cloud platforms.

Develop and support NetSuite customizations, integrations, automations, and corporate system enhancements. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot application and integration issues, participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, documentation, and Agile planning. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers while improving development, release, tooling, and support processes. The role is primarily development-focused with limited production support.
