Maintains the Dayforce payroll system, supports audits and year-end reporting, manages Canadian ROEs and vacation entitlement true-ups, responds to employee payroll inquiries, and improves accounting processes and controls.

Leads a software engineering team responsible for Salesforce and MuleSoft customizations, integrations, data quality, and platform enhancements. Oversees technical design, SDLC quality, issue resolution, project and program delivery, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, software launches, compliance controls, and roadmap recommendations for enterprise CRM, integration, data, analytics, and cloud platforms.

Develop and support NetSuite customizations, integrations, automations, and corporate system enhancements. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot application and integration issues, participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, documentation, and Agile planning. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers while improving development, release, tooling, and support processes. The role is primarily development-focused with limited production support.

Design, deploy, and monitor automation services and core business systems. Implement DevOps standards, manage releases, maintain tooling and version control, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
