The role involves software architecture, design, development, and testing for embedded systems in defense applications, requiring collaboration with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.

Leads a process engineering team supporting optical thin film manufacturing. Oversees process development, equipment and tooling implementation, manufacturing support, data analysis, quality compliance, continuous improvement, technology transitions, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages engineering staff, performance, training, hiring, and resources while ensuring adherence to ISO, EHS, export control, intellectual property, and company requirements.

Maintain a consolidated demand plan and support monthly S&OP by preparing inputs, reviewing forecast changes, and highlighting risks. Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, analyze demand trends, support capacity planning and product allocation, coordinate across manufacturing sites, prepare executive reports, improve planning tools/processes, and collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to mitigate constraints and prioritize products.
