Support board governance, prepare operational reports, coordinate maintenance and events, resolve resident concerns, and promote community engagement while assisting with budgeting, contracts, and special projects.

Coordinate resident engagement and lifestyle programming for a master-planned community. Support community operations, manage amenity access and onboarding, plan and staff events, maintain records and communications, conduct tours, and collaborate with stakeholders. Work is onsite with occasional evenings and weekends and involves physical tasks and resident-facing service.
