Optimize and scale search applications, implement performance monitoring, develop benchmarking frameworks, and ensure high availability of search services.

Lead end-to-end technical programs for ML infrastructure (inference, serving, efficiency, endpoints). Coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize overlapping projects, manage timelines, budgets and scope, drive incident management and continuous improvement, and communicate status to engineering and leadership.

The Research Intern will conduct machine learning research, focusing on large language models, and disseminate results through publications and code while collaborating with Cohere researchers.
