Lead assigned sections of audits for hedge funds, private funds, and digital asset clients from planning through completion. Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements, identify accounting/reporting issues, communicate with clients, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple engagements and deadlines while leveraging firm tools to improve efficiency and client service.

Lead Tax learning strategy and instructional design, overseeing curriculum, onboarding, compliance (CPE/NASBA), and vendor decisions. Manage a team to deliver scalable technical and regulatory training, measure program effectiveness, control budget, and partner cross-functionally and internationally to meet business needs.

Lead and manage M&A tax engagements from due diligence through integration. Provide transaction structuring, tax modeling, attribute analysis, and technical guidance on federal, state, and international tax issues. Serve as primary client contact, manage teams and budgets, mentor staff, support business development, and drive practice growth and operational excellence.
