Serve as the primary Workday HCM technical owner: administer configuration and security, manage integrations and releases, build reports, perform data audits and EIB loads, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT, and drive continuous system improvements and change management.

Lead multi-state sales and use tax engagements including return review, nexus and taxability advice, VDAs, audit defense, and process improvements. Serve as primary client contact, mentor staff, manage engagement budgets and deliverables, and support indirect tax technology projects (e.g., Avalara) while communicating legislative impacts.

Support M&A tax engagements from due diligence through structuring and transaction modeling. Perform tax due diligence, prepare and analyze transaction tax data, assist with restructuring and tax research, review work of junior staff, and collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client deliverables on multiple deals.

Lead assigned sections of audits for hedge funds, private funds, and digital asset clients from planning through completion. Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements, identify accounting/reporting issues, communicate with clients, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple engagements and deadlines while leveraging firm tools to improve efficiency and client service.

Manage and review complex individual, multi-state, and trust/estate tax filings for high net worth clients. Develop and implement tax planning strategies, serve as a technical advisor, lead client relationships, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance, quality, and coordinated service delivery across teams.
