Leads and mentors a global engineering organization building and scaling an AI-driven offensive security SaaS platform. Owns technical vision, architecture, engineering standards, quality, security, resiliency, and delivery efficiency. Partners with product and senior leadership, drives AI-assisted development and DevSecOps practices, and recruits and retains high-performing teams while overseeing product improvements and new offerings.

Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities through personalized outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Researches prospects, decision-makers, pain points, and business challenges; conducts high-volume calls and emails; prioritizes leads; meets performance metrics; and collaborates with Account Executives on pipeline and nurture strategies. Serves as an expert and initial point of contact for Cobalt’s penetration-testing-as-a-service offering.

Own and scale Cobalt’s B2B SaaS go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, customer success platforms, integrations, data enrichment, governance, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Manage architecture, data quality, monitoring, permissions, releases, documentation, and technical initiatives from design through optimization.
