Provide administrative and secretarial support to litigation attorneys and paralegals: draft and proof documents, perform state and federal eFilings, manage Outlook calendars and docket deadlines, maintain iManage matter files, prepare pleadings/discovery shells, coordinate depositions and court reporters, and handle reception and office coordination.

Oversee office and facility operations across multiple regional offices, lead onsite workplace teams, manage vendors and property managers, ensure health & safety and business continuity, support office fit-outs and capacity planning, manage budgets and financial controls, and act as primary contact for stakeholders to optimize workplace services and employee experience.
