As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and implement systems for ML and NLP, optimizing models and tools for Clover's healthcare solutions.

Own agent and agency contracting, onboarding, readiness, vendor support, sales performance reporting, enablement, documentation, and process improvement. Maintain accurate records, manage the Sales Playbook, support sales platforms and new-hire onboarding, and use Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools, scripting, and AI to improve operational workflows and deliver dashboards and analysis.

Lead the Data Products engineering pillar owning technical strategy, clinical data ingestion, canonical modeling, and scalability. Manage ingestion pipelines, customer onboarding, data hygiene, observability, and enterprise reporting. Drive AI-augmented SDLC adoption, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), hire and mentor engineering leaders, and partner with product and data science to deliver a stable, scalable clinical data platform that supports multi-customer growth and clinical insight generation.
