Lead Cloudbeds' global thought leadership: own strategy and editorial calendar, design and run original research, analyze proprietary platform data, produce executive viewpoints and customer stories, and translate findings into multi-channel content. Partner with executives and content teams, use AI tools in research and writing, and build repeatable research-to-content programs that drive media coverage and industry authority.

Lead and scale mid-market onboarding from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics, and staffing plans; improve deployment velocity, quality, training, and early retention. Manage escalations, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Support/Account Management, and coach a distributed team to deliver repeatable, high-quality multi-property implementations.

Lead a remote customer onboarding team serving SMB hospitality clients. Responsibilities include coaching and developing onboarding coaches, improving onboarding processes through AI and modern tools, managing customer portfolios and retention goals, resolving escalations, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support, tracking success metrics, supporting adoption, demonstrating ROI, and identifying upsell opportunities.
