Clinica Family Health & Wellness

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is a nonprofit federally qualified health center and comprehensive safety-net provider serving communities in Colorado’s Adams, Boulder, Broomfield and Gilpin counties. Through 14 community-based clinics, it provides affordable, integrated primary medical, dental, mental-health and pharmacy services for people of all ages, including children and pregnant patients. Its mission is to deliver compassionate, coordinated care to under-resourced communities regardless of patients’ ability to pay.
