Senior Data Analyst cleans and prepares data, builds reports and dashboards using Power Platform, Excel, DAX, M, R or Python, develops data models and predictive/ML solutions, supports client/internal projects, and may lead others or assist business development.

Lead and complete regulatory compliance fieldwork for financial services clients: coordinate resources, prepare compliance reports, address compliance issues with managers and clients, provide technical assistance, mentor staff, and stay current on regulatory developments.

Serve as senior accountant for nonprofit CAAS clients: manage day-to-day transactions (AP/AR/payroll), lead month-end close and complex reconciliations, prepare financial statements and tax/audit workpapers, supervise associates/analysts, and support special projects like internal audit, due diligence, and system selection.

Lead and review tax engagements; consult clients on tax and succession planning; prepare and review complex individual and corporate tax returns; supervise and develop team members; perform tax procedures according to engagement complexity; represent clients at industry events and foster client relationships.

Serve as a primary client contact for the Wealth Advisory team, providing high-quality client support, scheduling and documenting meetings, entering interactions and service requests in CRM, assisting with onboarding/account maintenance and monitoring client accounts, and supporting advisors on special projects to retain and expand client relationships.

Lead accounting operations for state and local government clients including AP/AR, payroll posting, month-end reconciliations, complex account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, sales tax and 1099 processing, supervise associates/analysts, and support audit, due diligence, and other consultative projects.

Lead and oversee a Gift, Estate and Trust tax practice: manage client engagements, review and sign deliverables, mentor staff, ensure tax compliance, stay current on tax law, and develop business while owning a book of clients.

Serve as an interim or project-based senior accounting resource (e.g., Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager). Design and improve accounting processes, execute engagements hands-on, manage client relationships, and optionally travel. Select preferred engagements and receive hourly benefits.

Provide Assistant Controller services for state and local government clients: manage accounting functions, advise on best practices, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage multiple client projects and deadlines, maintain compliance with GAAP and policies, and build client relationships.

Serve as a technical quality control reviewer for state and local government and higher education audits, advising engagement teams on GASB, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance, and GAAP; perform root-cause analysis, develop process improvements, maintain assurance methodology and practice aids, and create thought leadership and training materials.
