Provide legal advice and draft, review, and negotiate project and financing documents (PPAs, tax equity, debt/cash financing); support acquisitions/dispositions, litigation management, regulatory matters; supervise outside counsel; work cross-functionally to guide projects through lifecycle and improve contracting processes.

Support competitive sourcing and procurement for BESS equipment: execute RFx processes, evaluate bids, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support negotiations and contract administration, maintain trackers and procurement documentation, produce market intelligence and monthly reporting, and assist with vendor management and project financing diligence.

The Manager, Project Development leads the development of renewable energy projects, managing all phases from proposal to construction, while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
