The role coordinates stakeholders during live transactions, supports project origination and financing, oversees acquired-asset integration, and maintains M&A tracking tools and processes across Western U.S. markets.

Lead origination, valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of utility-scale renewable and storage project acquisitions. Support development, financing, pricing/offtake strategy, market analysis, and strategic partnerships. Build financial models, prepare investment memos, and improve analytical tools to drive M&A and development growth.

Support competitive sourcing and procurement for BESS equipment: execute RFx processes, evaluate bids, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support negotiations and contract administration, maintain trackers and procurement documentation, produce market intelligence and monthly reporting, and assist with vendor management and project financing diligence.
