Leads Clearfield’s Application Engineering organization, setting strategy, managing teams and budgets, supporting strategic sales opportunities, and guiding customer network designs and proof-of-concepts. The role translates fiber-network technologies into customer solutions, influences product roadmaps, develops technical sales tools, manages executive customer engagements, establishes engineering standards and KPIs, and ensures successful deployments. Requires extensive FTTx expertise, telecommunications distribution-system design experience, team leadership, and 50% travel.

Leads Clearfield’s national accounts sales organization, owning team bookings, revenue, forecasting, account strategy, executive relationships, and customer negotiations. Recruits and develops National Account Managers and Turf Managers, sets quotas, oversees complex account plans, and coordinates with regional sales, product, marketing, engineering, legal, operations, and supply chain. Requires extensive B2B telecommunications or network infrastructure sales leadership, knowledge of fiber connectivity and carrier deployments, and travel up to 50%.
