Provides patent and trademark filing and prosecution support, including docketing, USPTO filings, foreign-agent coordination, recordals, IDS preparation, document management, customer communications, deadline tracking, and IP management software administration. Maintains domestic and international customer dockets, prepares formal IP documents, supports quality procedures, and meets service-level deadlines in a global, matrixed environment.

Reviews medical device and mechanical engineering PCT patent cases for quality before delivery to the USPTO. Maintains AQL-based performance monitoring, manages compliance issues, communicates required revisions, and supports corrective action plans. The role collaborates with PCT analysts and production managers while reviewing approximately five cases daily. It is a full-time, permanent remote position for U.S.-based applicants.
