Manage the full sales process for newly built Shared Ownership homes across multiple developments, from initial enquiry through completion. Act as the primary buyer contact, promote homes and partner services, negotiate sales, collaborate with solicitors, agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires weekend work, regional travel across Cambridge, Attleborough and surrounding areas, and a Standard Criminal Record Check.
