Teams at City Year

Lead City Year Denver's people, operations, and site functions to drive culture, staff engagement, AmeriCorps recruitment, budget and finance, facilities, safety, and site technology. Oversee hiring, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, vendor contracting, and high-impact event logistics. Partner with Executive Director and SLT on strategic planning, board engagement, and special projects to ensure operational excellence and strong Corps and staff experience.
