Assists with quote preparation, document organization, vendor verification, project requirement validation, and preliminary customer inquiries. This entry-level role provides training in gear products and quotation processes, with opportunities to advance to a Gear Quotation Specialist position.

Prepare competitive project package quotes by collecting information from vendors and agents, coordinating with customers and branch locations, and supporting sales efforts to win jobs. The role provides pricing, product expertise, and value-added customer service while maintaining positive relationships with customers, coworkers, suppliers, and supervisors. It requires communication, multitasking, technical industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work actively and lift up to 50 pounds.
