Provide impartial customer service and clerical support in the Criminal and General Sessions division. Maintain accurate court records, explain legal processes, cashier, file motions, fulfill record requests, process community service and payment plan applications, deliver mail, support judicial officers, and contribute to process improvement.

Lead and conduct complex criminal investigations, interview victims/witnesses, prepare evidence and testimony for court, coordinate with prosecutors and law enforcement, manage forensic evidence requests, serve subpoenas, ensure victim safety, and provide interagency assistance under minimal supervision.

Supervise pre-employment background investigation team; ensure accurate, compliant investigative documentation; review and approve files; provide training and presentations; monitor workload and productivity; partner on recruitment events and hiring workflows; support expenditure tracking, invoice review, and budget preparation; identify and implement process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and Civil Service compliance.

Provide administrative support to the Diversion Office including managing finances and grants, building and tracking case files, victim restitution coordination, client intake and UA collection, maintaining databases and reporting, scheduling/notifications for court, coordinating restorative justice sessions, ordering supplies, and performing other office duties as assigned.

Lead and deliver vertical and horizontal municipal design and construction projects as owners representative. Manage procurement, design teams, contractors, schedules, budgets, regulatory permits, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and project reporting. Mentor team members and improve project delivery processes using Microsoft Office and City project management tools.

Provide financial management across city agencies including monitoring expenditures/revenues, preparing and reconciling complex accounting reports, supporting procurement and grant processes, auditing grant records, forecasting, ensuring GAAP compliance, researching and resolving accounting discrepancies, and advising stakeholders on fiscal decisions and corrective actions.

Provide trauma-informed peer support and resource navigation to clients involved in the criminal justice system. Work alongside attorneys to offer court and jail-based support, create reentry plans, connect clients to housing, benefits, and behavioral health resources, document case activity, and support client goal-setting and service coordination.

Provide division-level administrative, analytical, and program support for climate adaptation and community resilience. Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, and contractor deliverables; track investments; improve workflows and policies; coordinate with city departments and community partners; integrate equity and resilience standards; and support project execution and performance monitoring.
