Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Talent Acquisition team, including interview coordination, pre-employment screening, offer letter creation, job posting in the ATS, and candidate/onboarding coordination. Ensure timely completion of recruiting actions, maintain confidentiality, assist with process improvements, and deliver strong customer service to candidates and hiring partners.

The role involves managing a portfolio of deposit products and liquidity services, focusing on strategy, execution, stakeholder collaboration, and governance.

Lead oversight of consumer leveraged exposure, set leveraged lending limits and frameworks, approve credits within authority, identify and manage problem loans, develop and maintain credit policy and procedures, direct regional credit officers and portfolio activities, coordinate with risk functions and regulators, and support training and business partnering with lending units.
