Own features end-to-end (design, implementation, testing, deployment), troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with product and SRE teams, and mentor junior engineers while improving reliability, performance, and automation (including AI-assisted tooling).

Provide technical leadership designing, building, and operating production-grade developer platforms to improve software validation and release confidence. Drive platform modernization, large-scale migrations, and cross-team architectural change while contributing hands-on and mentoring senior engineers.

Lead three teams in a manager-of-managers structure to define strategy and roadmap for internal developer platforms. Deliver capabilities that improve automated testing, release pipelines, quality, and developer productivity while driving adoption, reliability, and measurable impact.
