Develop and execute executive communications for the Americas Software and Services Sales VP while supporting communications operations. Responsibilities include strategic messaging, thought leadership content, communication channels, social media strategy, templates, toolkits, playbooks, platform management, and alignment with sales, global communications, enablement, and change management teams.

Lead enterprise software and cloud sales across U.S. Federal Government accounts, managing prospecting through contract award and renewal. Build relationships with federal agencies, system integrators, resellers, and prime contractors; develop territory and pipeline plans; deliver demonstrations and executive briefings; and align Cisco and Splunk solutions with cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, and zero-trust requirements. The role requires federal public-sector sales experience, partner teaming, pipeline generation, and 30–40% travel.

Own software features end to end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations. Design and maintain scalable distributed systems across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes; troubleshoot reliability and performance issues; participate in code reviews and on-call rotations; collaborate with product and SRE teams; and mentor junior engineers. Preferred experience includes CI/CD, microservices, observability tools, cloud platforms, and AI application technologies such as LLMs, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent frameworks.
