Teams at Cisco

Deliver technical training and enablement programs for Cisco’s global technical sales workforce. Facilitate engaging learning experiences covering networking, data centers, cloud, security, collaboration, observability, application development, and DevOps. Apply hands-on implementation and troubleshooting expertise, explain complex concepts clearly, lead group participation, and support professional development through virtual and in-person training. Collaborate with learning teams and technical stakeholders to improve sales engineering capabilities.

Owns strategic relationships with approximately six major accounts, serving as a trusted technical advisor and driving complex, multi-year sales opportunities. Leads cross-architecture Cisco solutions spanning AI, networking, security, digital resilience, and collaboration; develops customer roadmaps, demonstrations, demand-generation strategies, and competitive intelligence. Collaborates with channel partners, engineering, sales teams, and executives to translate business needs into technical requirements, influence product direction, expand revenue, and strengthen customer partnerships.

Leads services sales strategy for complex customer accounts, driving recurring revenue growth, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Builds executive-level customer relationships, develops account and engagement strategies, guides negotiations, aligns professional services with customer outcomes, and partners with account teams, specialists, channels, and Customer Success. Uses customer and sales data to identify opportunities, improve forecasting, increase service adoption, and strengthen lifecycle selling. Requires weekly customer-site travel and at least five years of customer-facing sales experience.
