The Associate Attorney will handle New Jersey general liability insurance defense matters, including file evaluation, client communications, discovery, legal research, memoranda, motions, appeals, pretrial proceedings, and trials. The role requires an active New Jersey license, a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and 7–10 years of insurance defense experience. Experience with insurance coverage, trials, and multiple liability areas is preferred. The position is hybrid.

Workers' Compensation Associate conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in hearings, managing caseloads and client relationships, and assisting with conferences and trials. The role requires New Jersey bar admission, a JD, and familiarity with New Jersey court rules. It is hybrid after initial full-time office training, with court travel required when in-person hearings are assigned.
