Requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability as scheduled, along with effective communication and knowledge of elderly care and supervision.

Lead development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Manage and train the sales team, cultivate relationships with prospects, referral sources, and families, oversee marketing campaigns and materials, coordinate outreach events, conduct market analysis, collaborate on pricing and promotions, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with operations to deliver seamless resident transitions and satisfaction.
