Manages and develops the sales team, builds relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners, oversees marketing campaigns and events, conducts market analysis, supports pricing strategies, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Collaborates with executive and operations teams to support resident transitions and satisfaction.
