Develops host employer relationships, drives sales and placement growth, manages accounts, recruits host families, secures participant housing, and supports community engagement. The role maintains a sales pipeline, advises employers on workforce planning, tracks placement performance, resolves stakeholder issues, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful participant and host experiences.

Supports fellowship recruitment and marketing through applicant call campaigns, social media content, email account management, student organization outreach, application review, scholar engagement, pre-departure advising, alumni programming, and institutional matching efforts.

Coordinates sales operations for a high school study abroad team, managing applications, enrollment workflows, student systems, billing support, Canvas learning content, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder support. Troubleshoots platforms, audits data, develops SOPs, tests system enhancements, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with Sales, IT, advisors, and international teams while providing operational support during peak periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
