Teams at Christian Living Communities

Provide personal care and assist with ADLs for senior living residents; administer and document medications under nurse direction following MARs and the five rights; monitor and report changes in resident condition; maintain safety, confidentiality, and resident dignity; fill PRN shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Plans and implements meaningful group and one-to-one activities for residents, manages supplies, drives the community bus for outings, observes and reports resident needs, supports the Life Enrichment Director (including acting in their absence), completes clerical reporting tasks, and participates on committees as assigned.

Lead and support clinical operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care community. Act on behalf of the Director of Nursing, mentor and coach nursing staff, perform direct assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement and education, and maintain visible, hands-on leadership to residents, families, and clinicians.
