Performs accounting activities including bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, account audits, supporting schedules, month-end close tasks, financial statement preparation, and audit support. Maintains accurate financial records for assigned communities and supports year-end audits. Requires strong Excel skills, accounting software familiarity, customer service abilities, and collaboration with organizational stakeholders.

Coordinates skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, discharge planning, and transitions to home. Coaches residents and families, manages care conferences and case management, supports quality improvement, oversees staff education and performance, coordinates vendors, and may serve as Director of Nursing. Requires an active RN license, case management experience, nursing experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of Colorado skilled nursing regulations.

Provides flexible, as-needed registered nursing care across skilled nursing and assisted living communities. Develops and updates resident-centered care plans, administers medications, documents assessments and interventions in electronic medical records, coordinates with residents, families, physicians, and other care professionals, and supervises nursing support staff. Requires a minimum of two shifts monthly, typically 12-hour shifts, with assignments across multiple locations and schedules.

Coordinates senior living community business-office functions, including bookkeeping, resident billing, accounts payable, bank deposits, petty cash, financial reporting, rate increases, and insurance assistance. Maintains accurate resident charges in the EMR and collaborates with leadership and billing teams. May supervise and coach concierge staff. Provides daily in-person support to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers while managing multiple administrative tasks.

Directs day-to-day social services for a senior living community. Assesses residents’ psychosocial needs, coordinates care and referrals, supports financial benefit access, mediates disputes, assists with crisis intervention, develops resident programs, maintains policies and budgets, and may supervise staff. The role works closely with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

Leads nursing care operations for a skilled nursing unit, monitoring residents, coordinating care plans, conducting assessments, ensuring PPS and MDS compliance, and supporting clinical emergencies. Manages scheduling and personnel, interviews and mentors nursing staff, conducts audits, communicates with families and providers, and participates in on-call rotations. Requires an active RN license, skilled nursing experience, CPR certification, and supervisory experience.

Provides low-intensity progressive exercise and activity programs for older adults under PT/nurse direction to maintain mobility and independence. Monitors responses, adapts interventions, assists with transfers and walking, documents activities, trains nursing assistants on restorative plans, and collaborates with therapy and nursing staff while following HIPAA and safety standards.
