Provides remote Tier I and assigned Tier II technical support for end users, including account, application, device, peripheral, connectivity, onboarding, and access issues. Logs and tracks requests, diagnoses incidents, installs and configures approved hardware and software, documents resolutions, escalates complex problems, maintains knowledge resources, and follows privacy, security, service-level, and quality requirements.
