Provide systems engineering support for 50th Space Communications Squadron: design and implement NIPR/SIPR/Red Switch solutions, specify hardware and copper/fiber connectivity, ensure DoD architecture integration, troubleshoot and configure IT devices, document changes, produce reports and procedures, and coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.

Manages a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects from initiation through closeout. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, manages resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes, and provides dashboards and leadership reporting. Supports HR technology implementations involving Workday, requirements gathering, testing, communications, training readiness, and post-launch activities. Facilitates governance, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across HR initiatives.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.
