Lead and manage multiple government contract programs across the full project lifecycle. Oversee personnel, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, risk, compliance, and customer communications. Act as primary government point-of-contact, ensure contractual compliance, develop PM artifacts (WBS, plans, risk/change/financial tools), mentor project managers, support business development, and coordinate with HR, finance, contracts, and legal to meet program objectives.

Provide research support and program evaluation for public health projects: analyze mixed-methods data, produce reports, link implementation measures to outcomes, and advise stakeholders. Use BI and qualitative tools, manage administrative/government systems, and communicate findings to high-level officials.

Subject Matter Expert providing HIPAA privacy and security analysis for OCR: reviewing breach reports, assessing technical sufficiency of security submissions, performing risk and vulnerability assessments, producing technical reports and recommendations, advising on NIST/ISO/HIPAA implementations, and supporting incident response, security architecture, and related compliance activities.
