As a Process Development Engineer, you'll scale chemical processes for biomass conversion into bio-oil and biochar, ensuring efficiency and safety. Your role involves designing experiments, troubleshooting pilot plant operations, and analyzing process data.

Design and develop mechanical systems for pyrolysis technology, troubleshoot performance issues, execute test plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize production systems.

Lead development and scale-up of pyrolysis and biomass conversion processes from pilot to commercial scale. Define test plans, resolve scale-up and operability issues, develop process models and documentation, lead safety analyses (HAZOP/FMEA/MOC), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust industrial processes.
